Where am I going to start to build my first AI agent with Microsoft Copilot Studio?
Got my eyes on AI Agents and Automation in my Logistics space at Gateway Logistics and Services SL Ltd.
The goal is to build a “Haulage Rate Checker for our Loose Cargo/Cement/Rice transport” agent using our approved rate sheets, carrier quotes, and public tariff sites, instructing it to ask prospect clients for origin/pickup point, destination, load type, weight, and delivery date before returning sourced estimate quotes from our organisational data.
Also, I want CRM integration through Copilot Studio or Power Automate and WhatsApp, typically, which requires the WhatsApp Business API as a connector!!!

This is the kind of resource list I wish more people shared less “learn everything,” more “here’s a path you can actually follow.” The progression from fundamentals to understanding what’s under the hood is especially valuable.
That was exactly the goal, to create a structured path instead of overwhelming people with endless resources. There’s so much AI content out there that having a clear progression can make the learning process much more approachable. Glad you found it valuable!
Exactly! I think many people get overwhelmed by the amount of AI resources available and forget that progress comes from consistent practice, not consuming everything at once. One resource, one project and continuous iteration is often the best strategy. Thanks for the thoughtful comment!

The pattern I see with my clients applies here: start early, even small, because compounding beats timing.
Same with learning AI — pick one resource, build something, iterate.
That's how careers and retirement corpus both grow.
