Welcome to the 12th issue of AI Agents Simplified! 🎉
📚 New Blog Post: How to Create Effective AI Agents ⚡
Building AI agents in 2025 isn’t about just plugging an LLM into some tools anymore.
If you want agents that users actually trust, use, and love, you need a real blueprint.
In our latest blog post, we break down Anthropic’s new framework, covering:
Why starting narrow and specific beats "general assistants"
How to define agent personas that actually work
Giving your agent the right tools and structured memory
Handling uncertainty like a pro (don't fake it!)
How to evaluate, evolve, and scale real-world agents

📰 What Happened in the Last Week?
Microsoft Launches Recall, AI-Powered Windows Search, and Click to Do for Copilot Plus PCs. Microsoft just officially dropped Recall for Copilot Plus PCs. And it's not coming alone.
Along with Recall, we’re also getting a brand-new AI-powered Windows Search and a feature called Click to Do (which, honestly, feels a lot like Google’s Circle to Search).
Quick recap:
Recall was supposed to launch last year with Copilot Plus PCs, but after major security concerns from researchers, Microsoft had to delay it... twice.
They’ve spent the last 10 months reworking it, and now it's here. More secure, opt-in, and with encryption by default. (You don't have to turn it on if you’re worried about privacy.)
What is Recall, exactly?
It’s basically a timeline of everything you do on your PC, built out of snapshots, not just files, but web pages, chats, images... everything.
Instead of trying to remember file names, you can just scroll back through what you were doing, or search naturally like "that brown dog photo from last week" and Recall will find it.
Security-wise:
Kevin Beaumont, one of the security researchers who originally flagged Recall, says Microsoft made serious improvements:
Database is encrypted now.
Sensitive data is filtered automatically (although it’s not perfect yet, filtering still misses sometimes).
It’s opt-in and requires biometrics like Windows Hello (Face ID or fingerprint).
But heads-up:
You can unlock Recall with just a simple 4-digit PIN if you want, which some experts still find a bit too relaxed. So, privacy-conscious folks, keep an eye on your settings.
Also launching:
AI-Powered Windows Search
Now you can search way more naturally on Copilot Plus PCs.
Instead of looking for specific file names or folders, just type stuff like:
"Dog pictures from last summer"
"Settings for Bluetooth headphones"
"That Word doc about marketing strategy"
It understands images and text context, not just filenames.
Click to Do
Another new feature that's giving strong Circle to Search vibes.
You just hit Windows key + left click, and boom, you can interact with whatever is on your screen:
Summarize text
Remove objects from images
Get instant actions without switching apps
Text actions in Click to Do are starting first on Qualcomm-powered devices, and AMD/Intel users will get them "in the next few months."
Availability Notes:
Recall and Click to Do are rolling out globally, except for EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.. They’ll get it later this year.

I'm not sure about trusting Microsoft with all these AI features. I'm concerned about my privacy.
